LOCATION:
It is in the south part of the village, to which we arrive for a well signalled deviation that we find to the left of the highway Alaior-Son Bou, to half distance between both towns.
Alaior.
It consists on a series of 7 cavities, some natural ones and other artificial ones, with more or less circular form, opened in the rock, of little diameter and little depth and communicated by means of little canals. It seems that this communication would serve to filter (sand and chips would remain in these "cocons") and to purify the water, which was probably stored in several silos with pyriform form and in a hypogeum used again that are in the vicinities.
The village of "Torre d'en Galmés" was inhabited from the Talayotic I (1400-1000 B.C.) until the Talayotic IV (450-123 B.C.)
